All luxury vans are handed over to customers after a detailed visual inspection, clearly documenting the current condition of the vehicle. This ensures a transparent and safe luxury minibus rental process for both parties. Customers can also choose between short-term rentals of up to 30 days or long-term rentals from 31 days onwards, benefiting from favourable prices and additional discounts depending on the duration of the rental.

For rentals of more than 10 days, we apply -7 %, and from 31 days onwards - up to -20 % (premium models up to -15 %).
Fair pricing without hidden charges
You only pay per day at the explicit daily rate. All limits, deposits and conditions are specified in advance in the contract.
500 km per day - more freedom to travel
We have a limit of 500 km per day, based on the total rental period (e.g. 3500 km for 7 days). If you exceed this, an additional daily rate applies.
Additional extras for only 5 €/day
You can order a child seat, a roof rack or a fridge - each for just € 5 per day for short-term rentals.
Fast return of the deposit within 3 days
The deposit is refunded quickly - within 3 days if the car is returned in good condition, with a full tank of gas and no further damage.
Insurance included
We have CASCO with franchise, third party liability insurance and theft protection (TP) - all included in the rental conditions.

The following discounts apply for luxury minibus rentals, such as the MB Vito 2025 and Volvo C90 2025:
- For rentals of more than 10 days (up to 30 days), a discount of 7 % off the daily rate applies.
- For long-term rentals of 1-3 months, a discount of 15 % is available.
- For rentals of 3 months or more, a 20 % discount applies.
However, for high-end vans such as the MB Vito 2025 and Volvo C90 2025, lower discounts apply:
- Up to 3 months - 10 % discount.
- From 3 months onwards - 15 % discount.
Luxury minibus rental has a fixed daily rate, where you pay for each day of rental. There is also an additional deposit of €1,000 for premium and new minibus models
Yes, there is a 500 km mileage limit per day, but the mileage is calculated on a cumulative basis for the entire rental period. For example, if you rent a luxury minibus for 7 days, the total mileage cannot exceed 3,500 km
Exceeded mileage is charged as additional rental days, based on the number of kilometres travelled: up to 500 km in excess of the mileage, 1 additional day is charged, from 500 to 1000 km in excess of the mileage, 2 additional days are charged, etc.
The security may be reduced in the following cases:
- The minibus is returned with an empty tank of petrol.
- A very dirty minibus is detected salon, in which case a cleaning fine of EUR 50 applies.
- Damage to a minibuswhich was not recorded in the transfer documents.
Luxury minibus rental is covered by CASCO insurance, which includes third-party liability and theft protection (TP). CASCO insurance is available with an excess of €1,000 for premium models such as the MB Vito 2025 and Volvo C90 2025. The customer covers the amount of the damage up to the excess and the rest is covered by the CASCO insurance on the landlord's side.
Luxury minibus rentals come with additional extras such as a child seat, a roof rack and a car fridge. Each accessory costs EUR 5 per day for short-term rentals. Extras can be booked at the time of rental as an additional offer.
You can pay for your luxury minibus rental with either a credit or debit card. The card is also used to reserve a deposit at the start of the rental.
