Terms of the contract<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I. Object of the Agreement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. 1.1.<\/strong> The Lessor shall give the Lessee temporary use of the car for a fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. 1.2.<\/strong> The car's equipment is specified in the Handover and Acceptance Certificate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. 1.3.<\/strong> The car is covered by compulsory third-party liability insurance and CASCO insurance.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    II. Use of the car<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. 2.1.<\/strong> The car is handed over in good working order, with all documents and a set of keys.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. 2.2.<\/strong> The lessee undertakes to use it for its intended purpose, to observe the road traffic rules and to behave responsibly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. 2.3.<\/strong> It is forbidden to: leave Lithuania without permission; pass on the car to third parties; sublet it; drive drunk\/drunk; smoke or consume alcohol in the car; use it for racing or any other prohibited activity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. 2.4.<\/strong> The landlord is responsible for running costs (fuel, washing, parking).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      III. Liability and sanctions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. 3.1.<\/strong> The car must be returned on time, in the same condition as when it was handed over, with a full tank of gas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. 3.2.<\/strong> The mileage limit is 350 km per day, above which it is \u20ac0.06 per km.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. 3.3.<\/strong> For a dirty car - \u20ac 60.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. 3.4.<\/strong> 100 \u20ac for smoking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. 3.5.<\/strong> In the event of an insured event, an excess of \u20ac500 applies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. 3.6.<\/strong> In case of theft, if the documents\/keys are not returned, the full value of the car is liable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      7. 3.7.<\/strong> Loss of documents\/keys - \u20ac 150 + rental fee for the time the car is not in use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      8. 3.8.<\/strong> The tenant must pay for damages that are not covered by insurance.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        IV. Tenant's obligations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        1. 4.1.<\/strong> Hold a valid category B driving licence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. 4.2.<\/strong> Keep within the agreed mileage and return the car on time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. 4.3.<\/strong> Be responsible for all fines and infringements during the rental period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. 4.4.<\/strong> Immediately report the accident to the Lessor, the police and the insurance company.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          V. Landlord's obligations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          1. 5.1.<\/strong> Ensuring that the car is roadworthy and compliant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. 5.2.<\/strong> If the car breaks down through no fault of the Renter, a replacement car will be provided or the unused time fee refunded.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            VI. Termination of the Agreement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            1. 6.1.<\/strong> The tenant may terminate the agreement before the expiry of the term by giving written notice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. 6.2.<\/strong> If the cancellation takes place before the car is handed over, the deposit is non-refundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            3. 6.3.<\/strong> If after handover, the amount paid is non-refundable, but the deposit will be refunded in accordance with the conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            4. 6.4.<\/strong> In the event of default by the Lessor, the security deposit and the payment of unused time<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
